Meet Jacob Malak

Digital Marketing Coordinator

Since discovering his passion for both creativity and strategy, Jacob Malak has been drawn to the world of marketing as the perfect blend of analytical thinking and creative problem-solving. He graduated from D’Youville University in Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, where he balanced academics with competing at the Division I and Division II collegiate volleyball levels. After college, Jacob moved back home and joined Paragon Marketing Group as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, where he brings energy, focus, and a data-driven mindset to every project.

Jacob thrives at the intersection of creativity and analysis. He enjoys digging into performance metrics just as much as building thoughtful campaigns that help businesses grow. His background as a high-level athlete shaped his approach to marketing—rooted in discipline, accountability, adaptability, and teamwork. In his senior year of high school, Jacob was part of a state championship-winning volleyball team, an experience that reinforced the importance of communication and performing under pressure. One of the most memorable moments of his volleyball career was competing at USC, where the atmosphere and intensity further fueled his drive to continually improve and push limits.

Giving back is an important part of Jacob’s life. He recently began coaching for Wisconsin Elite 16 White, allowing him to mentor young athletes while continuing to grow as a leader. Outside of Paragon, Jacob can often be found in the gym or on the court, staying connected to the sport that has shaped who he is today. With his strong work ethic, competitive mindset, and passion for marketing, Jacob is excited to help clients succeed and be part of their growth journey.

What drives me to get up every morning is knowing what lies ahead and having faith that God is with me at all times, guiding me every step of the way. I truly believe that every day is an adventure, and I can’t wait to continue that journey wherever it leads.

Outside of work and volleyball, I enjoy playing video games, spending time with friends and family, and making the most of my free time. Whether it’s sports, marketing, or life, I’m always focused on growth, competition, and building something meaningful.
