Nikki Fisher
Customer Engagement Manager
Nikki Fisher joins Paragon Marketing Group with more than 30 years of experience as a small business owner and entrepreneur. Her journey began shortly after studying marketing at Waukesha County Technical College, when, at just 19 years old, she launched her first business, a residential cleaning company. Through grit, determination, and a strong work ethic, she successfully built and sustained her business from the ground up.
In 2003, Nikki discovered her passion for mind-body wellness and became a certified yoga teacher and Ayurvedic practitioner. Her extensive training took her across the country, from New York to California, and ultimately to India, where she expanded her knowledge and deepened her practice.
Over the next two decades, Nikki grew her yoga and wellness coaching businesses, developing a deep understanding of branding, marketing, and sales. Her work led her to co-own a yoga studio with her husband, serve as the yoga coordinator for the Milwaukee Bucks, and represent lululemon as a Wisconsin brand ambassador.
In recent years, Nikki has stepped away from full-time business ownership and focused on supporting other entrepreneurs. For the past five years, she has helped small businesses throughout the Lake Country area and beyond strengthen their marketing, sales, and customer engagement strategies. Having experienced both the rewards and challenges of entrepreneurship firsthand, Nikki is passionate about helping clients grow their businesses and reach their highest potential.
Outside of work, Nikki enjoys spending time in nature with her husband—kayaking, hiking, and exploring the outdoors. She also loves relaxing at home with her two cats and visiting her daughter in Denver, Colorado.
My love of nature and wildlife has sparked my newest hobby of bird watching. I have a bird feeder with a camera, so I can see my feathered friends from my phone. I’m also spending a small fortune on birdseed!
I believe food is medicine and advocate for non-GMO, pesticide-free agriculture. I’m also passionate about protecting bee populations, which play a vital role in sustaining our food supply.
I love to travel, and feel every place I’ve gone holds something special. My life changing experiences have been in my travels to India and Greece.
